Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving the product and provide a receiving video as proof. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item.

Please note: Without an unboxing video, the return process cannot be initiated. Therefore, we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the product upon delivery.
